Whether you are looking to train for fitness, recreation, or competition, The Cellar has a program for you. Students may train in one program or a variety of martial arts classes including: Boxing, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Fitness Training. 01/13/12 - Adam McDermid and Armando Gonzalez competed in USA Boxing fights Friday Night at the Clyde Iron Restaurant & Bar in Duluth, MN. Adam won a judges decision and showed great elusive movement in his bout, Armando lost a razor thin decision, but put on a great performance after suffering a nasty accidental head butt in the opening round.
Brandon Buchholz Wins Trilogy Fight with Craig Early

01/06/12 - Brandon Buchholz defeated Craig Early Friday night by split decision (29-28, 28-29, 29-28) in a back-and-forth battle at the Hyatt Hotel in Minneapolis.  This was the third meeting of these two fighters as Buchholz won their first bout by submission (May 2011) and Early won the rematch by submission (Nov 2011). Congratulations Brandon!
Cellar Jiu Jitsu Students Compete at Submission Hunt

12/12/11 - The Cellar would like to congratulate Chris Martin, Cory Alford, John Wang, Brandon Buchholz, and Riley Johnson on their great performances at the Submission Hunt grappling tournament in Champlin, MN. The bi-annual tournament is the biggest in Minnesota and Cellar students came home with a bunch of medals in the BJJ and no-gi divisions.

12/01/11 - The Cellar is proud to have had 3 members selected to the 2011 U.S. National Kickboxing Team. Chris Cichon and Lisa Van Ahn were selected as fighters and Justin Whiley was selected as an Assistant Coach. The team traveled to Dublin, Ireland Nov 22-27 to compete in the 2011 World Kickboxing Championships. Complete results are online now.
