BOXING

Our boxing program is great fit for the recreational athlete, white collar professional, or even the mixed martial artist looking to improve their hand technique.

Classes blend cardiovascular and core training through shadow boxing, jumping rope, pad work, boxing drills, heavy bag routines, and abdominal exercises to create a workout with the same principles used by our competitive fighters.

You will learn proper punching technique as well as footwork and head movement skills that will challenge your body and give you an incredible workout.  This class is an excellent fit for students that do not have the flexibility or desire to learn kicking techniques.
