Our kickboxing program takes our boxing class to the next level by combining fast and powerful punches with the fundamentals of kickboxing and Muay Thai. Students will learn to use their hands, feet, elbows, and knees effectively and in combination to strengthen and tone every muscle from head to toe.
Cardiovascular training is combined with an incredible core workout as you learn to kick with incredible speed and power. An average class can help to burn between 600 and 800 calories while you get in shape and have fun learning basic self-defense along the way.
Women love our classes because of the way kickboxing tones and tighten their buns, thighs, arms, stomach, and back, while men are impressed with the incredible power they can generate while striking a target.
Our classes have also proven to be great stress relievers after a long day at the office or after final exams.
