Our Fit as a Fighter program has been designed for members with the primary goal of improving their overall fitness. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, build muscle, or change body composition; our classes can motivate, and push you to new levels.
Classes incorporate the cardiovascular training of our boxing and kickboxing programs with the benefits of strength, resistance, plyo-metric, core, and balance training for an incredible full-body workout.

Our instructors also take a more hands-on approach to your training and monitor your progress through the use of regular weigh-ins, fitness tests, body composition measurements, and by offering nutrition tips.
