CLASSES

All of our classes are techniqe based, making them great for both recreational and serious students. We have additional opportunities outside of our regular classes for students wishing to compete.
boxing classes Boxing
Learn the "sweet science" as you practice a variety of different puches, train footwork & head movement skills, and get a great cardio workout. Students utilize punch mitts, heavy bags, and uppercut wall bags while working speed and power.
kickboxing classes Kickboxing
Combine fast punches and powerful kicks to your training to get a full body workout like nothing else. Students punch and kick focus mitts and Thai pads to train their technique and push their fitness to the next level.
muay thai classes Muay Thai
"The Art of 8 Limbs" combines punches and kicks with knees and elbows. Muay Thai (also known as Thai Boxing) is the National sport of Thailand and is one of the most practical styles of striking used in Mixed Martial Arts. Students practice techniques on punch mitts and Thai pads as well as spending time learning and practicing techniques from the clinch.
brazilian jiu jitsu classes Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Train in this legendary grappling art to learn submissions, escapes, takedowns, defense and more. Students train and test under BJJ Black Belt, Tom Schmitz to progress in belt rank.
mma training Mixed Martial Arts
Students becoming proficient in striking (Boxing, Kickboxing, and Muay Thai) as well as grappling (Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and wrestling) are invited to begin training with our MMA team. Students learn to blend the styles together to become an all-around mixed martial artists. By invite only.
fitness kickboxing Fit as a Fighter
Take your cardio and strenght training to the next level and train just like a professional fighter, without the contact. This class blends the cardio workout of kickboxing with the same full-body strength/conditioning systems used by The Cellar Fight Team and other top fighters. No two workouts are ever the same giving your body and mind the challenges they need to see constant improvement and enjoyment.
